Jelena is a lover of Yoga and Meditation practice. She started practicing Yoga more than 20 years ago through Bihar school of Yoga, followed by Hatha, Ashtanga and Kundalini practice. She finished multiple Yoga teacher trainings, including Hatha and Kundaini, as well as Yoga Nidra – powerful meditation practice. She founded Bliss Yoga Studio in September 2005 and started to teach with her Yoga friends and colleagues. She worked as a psychotherapist for more than 10 years.
When she doesn’t teach Yoga she works as an IT professional, a software architect who knows how stress and corporate environment can harm people. Her practice always includes breathing exercises, centering, grounding, strengthening and endurance. It’s a road to self-discovery and awakening. Her meditation classes teach that by letting go and calming our nervous system, we become healthier, open and aware individuals.
