Anne began her love of yoga in her first class as a student 20 years ago and now enjoys sharing her love of the practice through teaching.
Anne is a certified 200 Hour Yoga Instructor and is also a certified Kids and Family Yoga Instructor. Anne completed both of these trainings in her homeland of Australia.
Anne has experienced the positive impact yoga has had in her own life, both mentally and physically and, as an Elementary School teacher, has seen how yoga can positively benefit children of all ages.
Anne believes that all lessons on the mat, can be taken ‘off the mat’, and as such, a focus on quality breath, movement, alignment, playfulness, discovery and mindfulness are consistent in her classes.
Anne teaches Teens and Kids classes at Bliss on Monday evenings.
