Yoga for Vitality and Strength

Class is a sequence of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga poses to improve strength, endurance, and flexibility. It is designed to increase immunity and rebalance our bodies with emphasis on breathing and stress release. It starts with the awareness meditation and warm up, then it flows through strengthening and energizing poses and finishes with poses to calm and balance the nervous system. After each class, students feel refreshed and rejuvenated.
