Gentle Stretch with Margo McLaughlin

Effort level 1

The class starts with three Restorative Yoga postures and Durgha Pranayama (the Three part breath.)

This is followed by floor postures for approximately 35 minutes to stretch muscles, increase mobility, and mobilize joints.

Then we go into 10-15 minutes of standing postures to create and circulate energy throughout the body.

We wrap up with 10-15 minutes of Savasana, meditation and OM.
