For people living with chronic inflammation- based conditions such as Fibromyalgia, MS, Rheumatoid & Reactive Arthritis, Crohn’s, Pernicious Anemia, and other such conditions.
This workshop offers people a variety of self-care practices that address various issues one may experience when living with an autoimmune condition. These practices can help you to manage the day to day ebbs and flows of the condition and promote overall ease in Being; body, energy, thoughts & emotions. You will learn gentle movements, breathing practices, guided visualizations, mindfulness practices and meditation.
You will learn practices that support self-care and well-being including:
• Pain management
• Reduction of inflammation
• Reducing stress & building self-relationship
• Gentle movement and restorative connecting body, breath and mind
• Diet and lifestyle recommendations based on Ayurvedic principles.
Each class is a combination of discussion and practice and you will receive written content &/or audios (of guided practices) for each class.
$95 for four 90min classes over four consecutive weeks (6hrs)
Participants will have the option to have one 1½ hr private Yoga Therapy or coaching session for $75 (save $50,) offer stands for 2 months after this program. Private Yoga Therapy sessions are more detailed in addressing your specific and unique needs including co-existing conditions (ie. musculoskeletal,) age/time of life, emotions and life concerns.
