This 8-week program will introduce teens to yoga postures, breathing and centering techniques, meditation and mindfulness. Yoga can be a profound way to help teens cope with stress, build resilience, develop self-acceptance and manage emotions. The teenage years can be a time when life-long patterns form, and the wisdom derived from yoga can introduce teens to a more conscious and empowered way of living. Introducing these practices early in life will help to instill positive, kind and compassionate attitudes in our younger generation.
