There was nothing written about Yoga until Patanjali.
Yoga was not written down it was only passed on verbally.
There were only a few pictures and statues.
This was about 2500 years ago.
We will study this great sage’s “Eight Limbs of Yoga” ( Ashtang )
in this 3 hour workshop.
We will practice his method of breathing, postures, focus and meditation
and discuss his sutras or aphorisms.
