In this 4 week workshop students will be introduced to the foundations of yoga. Learning through physical poses and meditation students will gain confidence, strength and flexibility, for the body and the mind. Challenging, fun balancing poses and flow sequencing will be introduced as well as a collective environment where student can feel safe to explore and express themselves within the group. This workshop hopes to give students the tools to help them navigate through stressful situations and become more self aware. Yoga encourages positive and thoughtful introspection helping to foster kindness and self empowerment.
