Marco Fiorante, yoga instructor, fellow meditation practitioner and psychotherapist, will lead a 2-hour workshop introducing some of the key concepts and beneﬁts of a Mindfulness Meditation practice. Learning to slow down, by checking in with our breath, holding a space, to cultivate the practice and acceptance of ourselves into a deeper sense of awareness by noticing. This workshop will introduce the practice of sitting and walking meditation with an intention of being mindful to what arises (10-15 minutes for each), and gentle yoga postures and an open discussion on the concepts introduced.
