In this friendly and supportive workshop we will explore the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques, yoga philosophy, usage of yoga equipment (props), and proper alignment of feet, hands and pelvic position to keep your lower back safe. You will learn how to link postures with your breath and cultivate inner body awareness. Best of all, this workshop will allow time and space for questions and the exploration of variations needed for the intricacies of your own body.
