Kristina Bruce

Since 2006, Kristina has approached her relationship to yoga with a sense of curiosity, passion and commitment to learning and continual growth. She was initially drawn to Yoga’s inherent spiritual quality that led to her first to the exploration of Kundalini Yoga, while a lifelong interest in intense physical sport and activity drew her to attention to the Hatha and Vinyasa styles which she currently practices. The experience gained as a graduate of the Bliss Yoga Teacher Training program helped her bring both an open and balanced approach to Yoga, and view her development as a teacher as a path of constant discovery – powered by an eagerness to both teach and learn from all fellow practitioners.

Currently working as a full-time Event Planner in a corporate environment, Kristina understands the daily demands and stresses that face those employed in this and similar types of settings. She experiences first hand the benefits that a regular yoga practice can bring – overall health, relaxation, and connection to oneself. She aims to teach a practice and provide an environment that fosters the development of these qualities.
