Yoga for Healing

This drop-in class focuses on integrating Yoga practices to support your healing in body & mind. While this class will include some gentle physical practices we will also focus on lesser known Yoga practices which address healing throughout. Each class will allow time for Q&A in order to address your specific needs.

These classes are suitable for anyone, including people living with chronic conditions, recovering from illness, dealing with anxiety/depression or simply wanting to slow down, find ease from struggle and reconnect with their deep sense of self…..where true healing happens.
