Rest & Restore is an all-levels class combining meditation, breath work, gentle/ restorative poses and Yoga Nidra. Props such as blankets, blocks and cushions will be used to allow the body to achieve each position safely and comfortably.
Yoga Nidra is a sleep meditation practice done lying on the back. This form of deep rest allows you to fully let go so that mind and body can restore to their natural state of balance.
