Hatha Yoga Level 1 with Theresa

Join Theresa on an exploration of the physical, energetic, and mental/emotional levels of this ancient and classic yoga style.  Hatha yoga is designed to help us become more balanced and relaxed by reuniting our body with our mind, which prepares us for its ultimate purpose: meditation.  Theresa will guide you through various forms of pranayama, to still the mind; asana, to remove energetic and physical blockages, and meditation to reconnect you with your higher Self.  You will leave Theresa’s classes feeling longer, looser, and more balanced with a greater sense of inner and outer spaciousness.
