Hatha Flow with Barb

Begin your Friday morning with a flow based Hatha yoga class. We will begin with a few moments of meditation to centre ourselves and connect to the breath. As we move through the poses, we will link the movement with the breath to produce a “flow” of postures that move smoothly from one to the next.
The breath calms the nervous system and helps us stay focussed in the moment. Focussing on your breath can help you to move through poses that are challenging.
Hatha Flow is slower than Ashtanga or Vinyasa and suitable for beginners but more experienced practitioners will be encouraged to go deeper into the poses to enjoy a more challenging flow. This class will help you to build strength, flexibility and muscle tone. You will improve your balance and concentration.
Practising yoga in the morning can set the tone for your entire day. It can develop a sense of calm and peace and help you to cope with stress as you go through your busy day.
