Do you suffer from chronic tightness in the hip region? Do you experience stiffness and discomfort in the hip joints? This 2 hour workshop with Havovi will guide you through hip opening exercises to increase the range of motion in the hip joint and create fluidity in hip movement. Complimentary exercises and sports such as long distance running, sprinting and jumping benefit greatly from hip opening poses, reducing muscle fatigue and improving technique and endurance.
