Prenatal Yoga
Two different workshops, one on Wednesdays (10 weeks) and one on Mondays (5 weeks)
Pregnancy is a unique time in life to be honored and enjoyed. Prenatal yoga classes are a great way to share in the experience with a group of other pregnant women. You are able to relax and focus completely on your body and your baby. We practice gentle yoga poses, breath work, vocal toning and meditation, The intention is to relieve some of the common discomforts of pregnancy, from back ache to ankle swelling and to prepare for labor and delivery. No prior yoga experience is necessary to benefit from these classes.
