Come learn the Yogic science of mind, the structure and sheathes of the mind (Koshas), elements of thought and the thinking process. Familiarize yourself with thoughts, emotions and feelings. Explore the power of meditation, and learn meditative tools for balancing, healing, awareness and peace. This workshop is both theoretical and experiential, no prerequisite required. All practitioners from complete beginner to advanced can attend. The facilitator of the course is Jelena Duma, founder and director of Bliss Yoga Studio, Yoga and meditation teacher and psychotherapist in private practice.
