A comprehensive introduction to the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga. Learn the basics about one of the original ancient branches of yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama (breath techniques), mantra, music and meditation that teaches one the art of relaxation, self-healing, self-discovery. Develop an enhanced awareness of mind, body and spirit. Teacher David Aleksis provides you with a foundation of knowledge to encourage and inspire you to the joys of a regular Yoga practice.
