Do you suffer from back pain? Chronic tightness in your lower back, neck, shoulders and chest?
The Healthy Back Yoga Workshop will teach you yoga poses to help relieve the pain from your neck, shoulders and back. It will help you improve your posture and increase your energy flow. By synchronizing breath, movement and gentle yoga stretches, you will open, strengthen and build muscles that support your back.
