Learn to meditate. Deepen your own practice. We will explore the art of meditation techniques in the Kundalini Yoga tradition. You will experience and practice a variety of techniques designed to get beyond and quiet the reflexive “thinking” mind to achieve a higher state of consciousness. Find greater focus, creativity, self-awareness. Achieve a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind. You will learn the fundamentals of a meditation practice. Explore breath, mantra, sound current and posture. Meditations vary from 11 to 31 minutes. Technique and information enable you to maintain an ongoing personal practice. No experience required. All you need is comfortable clothing, an open heart and mind.
