30 Day Post Holiday Cleanse, 5 Sessions, Wednesdays 9:30am-11:00 am – Lesley

(The workshop session will be replaced with a drop in Kundalini class on Wednesday 22nd February and Wednesday 29 February 9:30 – 11am)

Over indulging during the holidays can lead to a little extra bulging! Overeating also taxes our organs
and digestive system, and the stress of the holidays wear on our hormones.
This January, join a group of health seekers and learn how to get rid of
cravings, food addictions and extra weight gain by kickstarting the New Year
with a healthy cleanse!
This workshop includes 5 yoga classes and dietary guidelines incorporating
yoga sets and meditations to improve your body’s overall functioning, to
balance emotions, improve hormone levels and eliminate toxins. The series is
not about deprivation, it’s about learning to incorporate more nourishing
foods into your diet, understanding where your eating habits are coming
from, and eliminating unhealthy eating patterns and addictions to junk food.
Through clearing blockages and improving energy levels, you will create more
abundance and room for creativity in your life, as well as tone and detoxify
your body!

Recipes, food guidelines and support will be provided throughout the 5
classes.
